We need to appeal to agricultural interests about the facts such as hemp being pest-resistant, requiring less water than other crops (14 times less water than cotton), and producing faster annual yields (better than timber for producing paper), for fiber and plastics. Henry Ford wanted the fiber and plastics for building cheaper assembly-line automobiles, but was forced by the restrictions to use steel. Do research (use Wikipedia from your Mac’s dock Dictionary, or by browser) and get the word out to farmers and ranchers to support the return to valuable hemp!

    What I am seeing with the Green Party is a multi issue platform that works as a portal to specific issues with general key values. The model is flexible, let this be the year that a 3rd-4th option is finally there if we can build local.
