The Harris County Green Party and the Green Party of Texas resolves that we support the right of prisoners to vote as stated in the Green Party of the United States platform, copied below.

H. Criminal Justice, Green Solutions, 2. Prison Conditions, Prisoner Treatment and Parolees, g:
    Provide incarcerated individuals the right to vote by absentee ballot in the district of their domicile, and the right to vote during parole.
