Due to the current COVID-19 pandemic, the Green Party of Texas has received permission from the Secretary of State's Office to conduct its Annual State Meeting and Nominating Convention online. The proceedings will be conducted Saturday and Sunday, 18-19 April, via a Zoom meeting. There will also be an orientation meeting for new delegates Friday night, 17 April, beginning at 7 pm.
The expectation is that all business will be completed by 3 pm Saturday. Delegates are advised to keep some time open on Sunday afternoon in case there is further business to condcut
In order to attend this meeting, all delegates and non-participating attendees must register via this event. Those who register will receive an email notification concerning the details, including the Meeting ID and password.
We will post the agenda and send copies to delegates as soon as it is finalized.
